What if little or nothing happens?

• If your diet or lifestyle is unhealthy, you may also bloat at first because the buildup of toxins is being released. Drinking lots of water will assist in removing these toxins and help you start seeing results.

Items Needed: Flexible Tape Measure, Sharpie Marker, Saran Wrap, Pen, Paper, Camera, & Wrap

*Take a picture of the target area so you can compare before and after results. This is a sure way to visibly see for yourself results!

*Measure the area to be wrapped and write down measurements. If you are wrapping your stomach, measure just under your breast, around your navel, and about 2-3 inches below the navel. Remember or mark where you measured with a sharpie so that you can be sure to measure the exact same places.

*Using the above tips as a guideline, open wrap package, and carefully unfold applicator. Apply the interior portion of the applicator to the area to be wrapped and smooth out.

*Using Saran Wrap, wrap around the entire area to secure in place. To further secure applicator in place an ace bandage or spandex clothing can be applied over the Saran Wrap.

Wear applicator for minimum of 45 minutes…or my

*BEST TIP is to sleep in it. Remove Body Applicator and discard it. Rub in remaining lotion thoroughly to applied area and do not shower/bathe for several hours afterwards.

*Take your measurements again and write them down. Take and record measurements again at least once daily for 3 days.

TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS

1. Do NOT use this product while working out, activities that cause sweating, if you are pregnant or breast feeding, or during your menstrual cycle

2. Target only one area of your body at a time…and continue to use a subsequent wraps on that target area until results are obtained. Frequency of Use: Use one applicator every 72 hours until desired results (for
maintenance use, apply once a month.)

3. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that the pores in the area to be wrapped are open and the area is clean, dry, & free of lotions. You can take a shower or bath before wrapping or you can take a wet cloth and clean the area good using the cloth to exfoliate and open pores.

4. Drinking 1/2 your body weight (ounces) in water maximizes results and aids in helping the toxins to exit the body and also helps you NOT to experience bloating after using the applicator. Example…if you weigh 150 lbs, then drinking 75 ounces of water (about 5 bottles of water). The wraps continue to work for 72 hours so it is important to continue to drink water during this time.

5. While the wraps are designed to work in 45 minutes, the longer you leave the on, the better the results. My BEST TIP is to bathe at night…and then apply the wrap right before bed time and then just sleep in it. Remove it in the morning, rub remaining solution in skin and don’t shower until later that day or night.

• The ingredients promote Lipolysis. This literally means “fat-breaking”. The plant extracts and botanicals get into the fat cell and chop up the large fat molecules into little ones, which are now allowed to leave the cell.
