Choffy Spiced Pumpkin Cookies
1 box of spice cake mix
1 15 oz. can of solid pack pumpkin
3Tbls of Choffy grounds (or however much you are feeling at the moment)
3Tbls of mini chocolate chips (optional, I just love my chocolate in all shapes and forms!)
Preheat oven to 350. Stir cake mix and pumpkin until moist. Mix on low-medium speed until fluffy. Add Choffy and mini chips. Bake for 18-21 min. (I think that 18 is perfect to keep them moist!)”
Choffy Floats
Enjoy warm Choffy over a scoop of Ice Cream or Gelato (Tahitian Vanilla Bean, Dark Chocolate, Salted Caramel or Mediterranean Mint)
1. Brew your Choffy
2. Scoop two scoops of your favorite Ice Cream or Gelato into a cup
3. Poor worm Choffy over the Ice Cream/Gelato
4. Top with whip cream and sprinkles
5. Enjoy!

Choffy Banana Bread

1 cup granulated sugar
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in the milk and Choffy. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Set aside to cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Remove bread from pan, invert onto rack and cool completely before slicing.
Choffy GF Cookies

1 1/8 c gluten free flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 oz dried Choffy
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. add 1/4 tsp of baking soda to flour
Choffy Fudge
1/2c chocolate almond milk
1 to 11/2 cups brewed choffy( she used half Ivory coast and half mambarano)
1/4 c butter grapeseed oil
1 c sugar(i had 1/2 white and 1/2 brown)
1/4 c honey
Bring to a boil and keep boiling till 238-240 degrees(soft ball when dropped in cold water)about 10 minutes.
added some vanilla..she guessed at about a half teaspoon..
stirred and poured in a gsobuttered pan..8x8.

Choffy Body Scrub
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup Choffy grounds
1/2 cup (about one small) mango
1 tablespoon lemon juice
run the oatmeal through the blender/food processor until it is powdery, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
